Our Staff

Dr. Aylin Ozdemir, FAAP

has been with Pediatric Associates of Jacksonville since 2000. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Istanbul, and obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Istanbul in 1992. Following her Internship at Queen Mary’s Hospital for children in the United Kingdom, she completed her residency at Long Island College Hospital, affiliated with The State University of New York and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, at the University of Pennsylvania. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Ozdemir is multi-lingual, and has a special interest in childhood behavioral problems, academic difficulties, ADHD, allergies, asthma, and genetics.

Dr. O is certified in Integrative Mental Health and Botanicals Foundations from The University of Arizona of Medicine at the Arizona Health Sciences Center with the world renowned Dr. Andrew Weil, at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine.

Dr. O is a fellow of the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine and she would like to invite you to the first fully Integrated Pediatric Center of its kind in FL

Dr. Yesha Modi

Yesha Modi, MD joined Pediatric Associates of Jacksonville in July of 2011.  She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Her medical degree was obtained in 2008 from Ross University with clinical studies being completed in the Chicago area.  Following medical school, her internship and residency were completed at Memorial Health University in Savannah, Georgia. During Dr. Modi’s medical career, she has gained special interest in ADHD, asthma, newborn and adolescent health.  She enjoys creating close relationships with her patients to help further manage their care.

Brooke Holway, ARNP

Brooke Holway, ARNP joined Pediatric Associates of Jacksonville in March of 2008. She completed her undergraduate studies in nursing at the University of Florida in 2007. Continuing her education at the University of Florida, she then earned her Master of Science in nursing degree, specializing in pediatrics, in 2008. While working on her master’s degree she also worked as an RN at Shands Rehab Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. As well as having her nursing degrees, Brooke has a previous undergraduate degree in Animal Industry, specializing in equine. In her free time Brooke enjoys competing on the hunter/jumper show circuit with her horse Regis.
